Domenic is the founder of Stamford Capital. With over 20 years’ experience in property investment and development, he has exceptional knowledge of property finance, from debt through to equity.
Commencing his career in institutional banking with the ANZ Banking Group, Domenic moved to Gresham Partners to work in Property Funds Management, and developed deep funds management expertise in a range of positions.
At Stamford Capital, Domenic focuses on managing key client and capital relationships as well as the strategic direction of the group.
With over 12 years’ experience in corporate chartered accounting, Peter brings a wealth of financial expertise to Stamford Capital Investments. Peter has previously worked at Chartered Accounting firms including KPMG, and was working with Stamford Capital Investments as an external accountant before his decision to move in-house.
As Stamford Capital Investment’s Chief Operating Officer, he is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the business and will be taking care of everything from our finances and regulatory compliance, to our valued investors and stakeholders.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters in Taxation and is a member of the CA ANZ.
Marcus has in excess of 25 years’ experience in managing and driving the development of small, medium and large businesses both in Australia and internationally. His experience includes senior roles in funds management, commercial finance and broking, investment banking, capital markets and chartered accounting. He is an investor and provides strategic guidance to businesses in the finance and fintech sectors.
Marcus held a senior executive role at Challenger Limited and was previously Chief Operating Officer at Ashe Morgan and Head of Structured Finance at UBS.
At Stamford Capital, Marcus sits on various committees and provides input to selected strategic projects.
Daniel has over 17 years’ experience across property finance, funds management and commercial banking.
He brings his depth of knowledge in property markets, risk management, portfolio management and property lending from seven years as Associate Director of the Institutional Property portfolio at ANZ. He also has significant funds management experience managing mezzanine, preferred equity and equity debt from his time across various businesses.
At Stamford Capital Investments he will be structuring and executing new investment opportunities and managing our existing portfolio.
As an Investment Manager, Victor supports the Investment Management team to structure and execute new opportunities, and is responsible for credit analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling.
Prior to joining the SCIM team, Victor spent 18 months working within Stamford Capital’s commercial real estate origination division, where he assisted the team to settle over $350m of investment and development transactions. Victor also holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Finance) from the University of New South Wales
Ilze brings global expertise in commercial property credit risk analysis to our Sydney team. Having worked for over 10 years in financial services, including six with Barclays Bank in London, she is known for her skills in structured property debt finance and cash flow modelling.
With extensive expertise in the origination, structuring and execution of senior debt and mezzanine finance across diverse real estate investment and development transactions, Ilze ensures capital procurement is seamless for our clients – from preparing credit submissions and modelling transactions to working with their legal advisers and consultants through to settlement.
As Investment Analyst, Raymond supports the Investment Management team to structure and execute new opportunities, and is responsible for credit analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling.
Raymond has previously worked at a mid-tier accounting firm and has over a years’ experience in Stamford Capital’s commercial real estate origination division, where he assisted the team to settle over $400m of investment and development transactions.
Raymond holds a Bachelor of Economics (Econometrics and Finance Major) from the University of New South Wales.
