This economic landscape provided significant opportunity for CPF3 to invest across the capital stack as assets re-priced – from secured debt through to preferred equity and ordinary equity transactions alongside experienced developers and sponsors.
CPF3’s investment period is now closed, with returns tracking in line with target as its investments are progressively realised.
