Established in September 2020, Core Partners Fund 1 (‘CPF1’) was Stamford’s inaugural closed-ended investment fund, created to invest in opportunities sourced through the Stamford Group’s origination platform. CPF1 was a discretionary investment fund targeting preferred equity and equity investments alongside experienced developers and investors with existing relationships with Stamford.

CPF1 was well-capitalised to deliver investor returns in anticipation of substantial investment opportunities across the residential and commercial property markets, stemming from the uncertainty and disruption associated with the COVID-19 outbreak and the subsequent economic contraction.

In July 2026, CPF1 was fully realised, delivering investors a net return of 17.8% IRR (pre-tax, after fees) — ahead of its original 13% target return.
